Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase and, when applicable, images of the issue


To start a return, email us at support@get.ruemax.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened hygiene or beauty products
  • Digital downloads or gift cards


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact support@get.ruemax.com with your order number and issue description. If available, we’ll ship a replacement; if not, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or
purchasing shipping insurance.
