Return & Exchange Policy

1 . Overview

We stand behind every pair of RUEMAX footwear. If you’re not 100 % satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery—opened or unopened—no questions asked.

2 . What’s Returnable

  • Products purchased on ruemax.com and delivered within the last 90 days
  • Items that are clean and free of excessive wear (light indoor try‑on is fine)
  • Gifts accompanied by the original order number
  • Exclusions: final‑sale accessories, digital gift cards, free promotional items

3 . How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us — Email support@get.ruemax.com or WhatsApp +1 213 550 4177 (Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑6 pm PT).
  2. Provide:
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange (include preferred size/color for exchanges)
  • Reason for return (optional but helps us improve
  • Photos or video only if the product arrived damaged/defective
  1. We respond within one business day with:
  • A prepaid FedEx return label (defects/wrong item) or a link to purchase a discounted label ($8.95 flat)
  • Step‑by‑step packing instructions
  • Your expected refund / replacement timeline

Tip: Save the drop‑off receipt or FedEx QR‑code confirmation; it starts the refund clock.

4 . Return Shipping Cost

  • Defective / wrong item: Label free of charge.
  • All other cases: $8.95 label fee, automatically deducted from your refund—waived if you opt for an exchange.

5 . Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice) once the courier scans the parcel in.
  • Most banks post credits within 10–15 business days after we trigger them.

6 . Damaged or Defective Items

Email/WhatsApp photos within 7 days of delivery so we can fast‑track a free replacement. Choosing a refund instead of a replacement means you cover return shipping.

7 . Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel or edit an order within 24 hours and before you receive the shipping‑confirmation email. After that, the order is already in our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified.
